NEITZ’s New BIO “IO-Vega” Wins the Red Dot Design Award 2026
We are pleased to announce that our new binocular indirect ophthalmoscope, IO-Vega, has been awarded the prestigious Red Dot Design Award 2026, one of the world’s most recognized design awards.
Established in Germany in 1955, the Red Dot Design Award honors products that demonstrate outstanding design quality. Entries are evaluated by an independent panel of international design experts based on criteria such as functionality, usability, responsibility, and aesthetics.
IO-Vega was recognized for its excellent performance and ease of use in ophthalmic examinations, as well as its thoughtful design for medical professionals and refined appearance. This recognition follows the product’s recent achievement of the iF DESIGN AWARD 2026, making it a double award winner.
